I chose this towel warmer because of its built-in timer which is a highly convenient feature. Most towel warmers only have an on/off switch. While the installation was relatively straightforward the first warmer had26. The towel warmer's convenience is truly impressive. I had been contemplating how to control it since we couldn't wire it directly. Our previous house had a great warmer but we often forgot to turn it off when not needed. This one stood out with its easily accessible switches and built-in timer. After a shower we simply press the button for one or two hours of drying time ensuring energy isn't wasted and our towels are dry. Although I would have preferred a curved unit the convenience outweighs that aspect.

This towel warmer lives up to its promised capabilities. It operates with ease thanks to the conveniently placed timer. I opted for the tub-style warmer which heats up quickly and effectively dries towels in direct contact with the horizontal bars. However I did notice that when towels overlap drying and heating may not be as efficient especially within a two-hour timeframe. The installation process was straightforward although it's important to ensure compliance with in-wall wire rating if you reside in California. The provided cord is not suitable for in-wall use but this can be resolved by adding a junction box and using in-wall rated wire. Overall the unit boasts a stylish appearance when installed but the build quality may not match that of higher-end brands. Nevertheless considering its intermittent use the heating element should have a satisfactory lifespan. Only time will tell.

Although we experienced a minor problem with the warmer towards the end of the warranty period I cannot praise the customer service enough. Unlike most others this one is slightly narrower which is perfect for my limited space. Its parallel positioning against the wall is also ideal for my small area. With its 1 and 2-hour timers as well as an on/off button I never have to worry about leaving it on when I leave the house. The buttons glow green (on) or red (off) a feature that some other models lack. It also includes the necessary hardware for professional-looking installation by wiring it into the electrical box. And best of all it provides warm towels! I've been using it for 4 months now and I couldn't be happier.
