Stylish high-quality

Unlike most heated towel racks, this one provides enough space for two people to share without overheating. It was easy to install, although I used larger molly bolts for added stability.

Efficient heat

It works great and is easy to install, but I'm an electrical contractor. Hardwiring might be tricky for non-electricians, but the plug-in option is available. I had an issue with the product, and they promptly sent a replacement.

Affordable improvement suggestions

If the price were lower and installation instructions were included, it would be even better. Use a level, tape measure, and pencil to mark the mounting locations. Start on one side, then go to the other. The connections have some room for adjustment, but try to be as accurate as possible.

Elegant sturdy design

I chose this model without a built-in timer, hoping for a more durable and straightforward product. The brushed nickel finish adds a touch of elegance, and the installation was relatively easy, although there were a few minor considerations. The rack effectively dries towels and provides a pleasant warmth, although it's not designed for piping hot towels. During installation, I tested the unit beforehand, and despite some slight differences in leg spacing, I found a suitable workaround. The instructions were average, and I wish the legs were aligned according to standard measurements. However, I managed to mount it securely using a combination of a 2x4 and drywall anchors. The allen wrench provided was a bit cumbersome to use.

Hot temperature

This is a pretty cool towel warmer. It's not difficult to install and is great for the price. I have it hard-wired with a timer switch, so I leave the bar switch on all the time.
